Abstract (2. Language):
In The Ottoman Empire, The Palace was the biggest source for nourishing the art
both pecuniarily and morally. It is very easy to say this in the light of the art works that
were produced both institutionally and individualy. The Ottoman Palace, has pursued the
artistic production not only through an educated artist or architect ensemble, but also
utterly took advantage of qualifi ed and artistic people that were trained in the schools it
has established. Said Efendi and Tevfi k Pascha are outstanding examples of people who
are trained in Enderun Mektebi, which is the most important school of Ottoman Empire,
and have been noted by The Palace with their artistic productions.
