Current study aims to make an ethical evaluation of transactional and transformational leadership behavior on management of task conflict which is remarked to bring up functional outcomes in the literature, and to determine the dimensions noticed as a factor caused to be approved. With these purposes, a questionnaire based on a scenario conducted to last year business students and business master students totally 342 from two universities. At first, it is driven the cluster analysis in order to separate the sample into two different groups based on similarities and differences. Then it is tested whether there are statistical differences between two groups of participants. Participants evaluated and appropriated the transformational leadership -no differences between two groups- as an ethical approach. In next stage “Analytical Hierarchy Process” is conducted in order to determine the more effective dimension of transformational leadership dimensions –charisma, inspiration, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation- on these perceptions. Results demonstrated that individualized consideration is more effective dimension of than the other dimensions on which transformational leadership is approved as an ethical approach in of task conflicts.

Bu çalısma literatürde fonksiyonel sonuçları olabildigine deginilen göreve iliskin çatısmaların yönetiminde etkilesimci ve dönüsümcü liderlik davranısının etiksel bir degerlendirmesini yapmak; bu liderlik tiplerinin etik olarak onaylanmasında öne çıkan faktörleri tespit etmek amacına yöneliktir. Bu amaçla iki üniversiteden toplam 342 isletme bölümü son sınıf ve lisans üstü isletme egitimi alan ögrenci üzerinde senaryoya dayalı bir anket uygulanmıstır. lk olarak kümeleme analiziyle, örneklem kütlesi benzerlik ve farklılıklar gözetilerek 2 farklı kümeye ayrılmıs, daha sonra bu kümeler arasında istatistiksel farklılıkların olup olmadıgı test edilmistir. 2 kümenin anlamlı fark arz etmedigi dönüsümcü liderlik etik bir davranıs olarak degerlendirilmistir. Bir sonraki asamada ise bu degerlendirmede daha etkili olan dönüsümcü liderlik boyutunu (karizma, zihinsel tesvik, bireysel ilgi ve telkin edicilik) belirlemeye yönelik “Analitik Hiyerarsi Süreci” uygulanmıstır. Sonuç olarak dönüsümcü liderligin göreve iliskin çatısmalarda daha etik bir liderlik davranısı olarak degerlendirilmesinde “bireysel ilgi” boyutunun diger boyutlardan daha etkili oldugu belirlenmistir.
