ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI VE TUTUMA İLİŞKİN FAKTÖRLERLE İLİŞKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı (ÖVD), “örgütün biçimsel ödül sistemince doğrudan ve açık bir biçimde tanınmayan ve bir bütün olarak örgütün etkili çalışmasını destekleyen birey davranışları” olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu çalışma ile ÖVD ile ilgili teorik ve ampirik gelişmeler değerlendirilip, gerçekleştirilen bir araştırmayla ÖVD’nin yaygın kabul görmüş boyutları ile bu tür davranışın en önemli tahminleyicilerinden olan tutuma ilişkin çalışan özellikleri arasındaki ilişki, ülkemizde bir üniversitede incelenmiştir. Bu sayede örgüt etkinliğini ÖVD vasıtasıyla arttırmada etkili faktörler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, sözkonusu ilişkilerin bazı farklılıklara rağmen literatürdekilerle paralellik gösterdiği ve örgüte duyulan bağlılığın, ÖVD ile ilişkisinin diğer tahminleyicilere göre daha kuvvetli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
