The real objective of the Education of today is to have students who can keep pace with the rapidly changing world conditions, who have free thinking, having a developed sense of individual responsibility and those who are able to use their knowledge and abilities they gained during their lives. Educators still use a variety of methods for their students gain these skills. Among these methods, Cooperative Learning Method is the newest and most permanent. In this review we aim at presenting the information and area of study of this method, differences between method group and group study, what critical features are and the web sites of this method.

Günümüz eğitiminin asıl amacı, öğrencilerin hızla değişen dünya şartlarına ayak uydurabilen, bağımsız düşünebilen, kişisel sorumluluk duygusu gelişmiş ve elde ettikleri bilgi ve becerileri yaşamı boyunca kullanma yetenekleri kazanmış öğrenciler yetiştirmektir. Öğrencilere bu bilgi ve becerileri kazandırmak için, eğitimciler bir çok öğretim metodu kullanmaktadır. Bu metotlar içinde en yeni ve kalıcı olanı ise işbirlikçi öğrenme (Cooperative Learning) metodudur. Bu derlemede, işbirlikçi öğrenme metodu hakkında bilgi, çalışma alanı, metodun grubu ile küme çalışması grubu arasındaki farkları, metodun kritik özelliklerinin neler olduğu ve metodun web siteleri sunulmaktadır.
