Abstract (2. Language):
Displaced fractures of the both-bone forearm in children are often treated conservatively, but there is a relatively high incidence of malunion. We used a new closed osteoclasis technique by assistance of intramedullary K-wires and fracture fixated with intramedullary K-wires in two children with both-bone forearm distal diaphyseal malunions which determined in early period. K-wires were extracted within the 1 month. At the last follow-up, there was no problem in fracture union and forearm function. This new osteoclasia technique can be safely used in both-bone forearm malunions of children which diagnosed in early period. ©2005, Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi

Çocuk önkol çift kırıklarında uygun kapalı redüksiyon ve sık kontrollere rağmen açılı kaynama meydana gelebilmektedir. Önkol çift kırığı sonrası erken dönemde açılı kaynama tespit edilen 5 yaşındaki kız ve 4.5 yaşındaki erkek olgularda intramedüller K-telleri yardımı ile kapalı osteoklazi yaptık ve intramedüller K-telleri ile osteosentez uyguladık. İlk 1 ay içinde tespit materyalleri çıkartılan olguların son kontrollerinde kaynama sorunsuzdu ve önkol fonksiyonları normaldi. Bu yeni osteoklazi tekniği erken dönemde saptanan çocuk önkol çift kemik açılı kaynamalarında güvenle uygulanabilir.©2005, Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi
