A 46-year-old male patient who had a high number of erythematous and edematous papules, plaques and bullae on the hairy skin, neck and bilateral dorsal parts of hands, in the accompaniment of systemic conjunctival hyperemia, fever and leukocytosis was observed in the histopathological examination of skin lesions to have intensive neutrophil infiltration and bullae formation with neutrophil content in the superficial dermis, and was diagnosed as bullous Sweet's syndrome. We present the case together with a review of other bullous Sweet's syndrome cases in the literature.. ©200008, Firat University, Medical Faculty.

Saçlı deri, boyun ve bilateral ellerin dorsalinde eritemli, ödemli, çok sayıda papül, plak ve büllere sistemik olarak konjuktival hiperemi, yüksek ateş ve lökositozun eşlik ettiği, deri lezyonlarının histopatolojik incelemesinde yüzeyel dermiste yoğun nötrofil infiltrasyonu ve nötrofil içerikli bül oluşumu gözlenen 46 yaşındaki erkek hastaya büllöz Sweet sendromu tanısı konuldu.
