Lichen sclerosis is a benign mucocutaneous disorder, characterized by porcelain-white, shiny, well-defined, round, papules and plaques. It is unknown etiology. Lichen sclerosis is usually anogenital location in childhood but it is a very rare disorder in extra genital location. Liken sklerozis porselen beyazı renkte, parlak, keskin sınırlı, oval papül ve plaklarla karakterize; benign mukokutanöz bir hastalıktır. Hastalığın nedeni bilinmemektedir. Hastalık çocukluk çağında genellikle anogenital yerleşimlidir , ekstragenital yerleşimli liken sklerozis ise çok nadirdir. Bu nedenle 11 yaşında kız çocuğunda saptanan torakal yerleşimli liken sklerozis olgusunu literatür ışığında sunuyoruz. ©2004, Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi
