Abstract (2. Language):
In this paper firstly the approach of the methodologists to the subject of naskh is given in general. Then the approach of Ghazâlî and Âmidî to the same matter is given comparatively. Ghazâlî died approximately 130 years before Âmidî and he is an important mutakallimun methodologist, Shafiite jurist and Ash'arite theologian just as Âmidî. To determine Ghazâlî's opinions about naskh his work al-Mustasfâ, and to determine that of Âmidî his work al-Ihkâm were utilized.

Bu çalışmada önce usulcülerin nesih meselesine bakışları genel olarak belirtilmiş, sonra da Gazâlî ve Âmidî’nin nesih meselesine yaklaşımı mukayeseli olarak ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Gazâlî, Âmidî’den yaklaşık 130 yıl önce vefat etmiştir ve onun gibi önemli bir mütekellimin usulcüsü, Şâfiî fakihi ve Eş’arî kelamcısıdır. Gazâlî’nin neshle ilgili görüşlerini tespit için el-Mustasfâ adlı eserinden, Âmidî’nin neshle ilgili görüşlerini tespit için ise el-İhkâm adlı eserinden yararlanılmıştır.
