Bazı Organik Fosforlu İnsektisitlerin Drosophıla Melanogaster’in Yaşama Yüzdesi Üzerine Etkisi

Effects of Some Organophosphate Insecticides on Percentage of Survival of Drosophila Melanogaster

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, different concentrations of some organophosphate insecticides (methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon) were investigated for effects on survival percentage of Drosophila melanogaster. The mwh- flr3 Drosophila cross was used. Third-instar larvae were chronically fed with the Drosophila instant medium to which 5 ml test solutions were added. Feeding ended with pupation of the surviving larvae. Lethal doses of the chemicals used in the experiment were determined. The experiments were repeated 3 times. 5 ml water was administered to the control group. Percentages of survival of the flies were determined for organophosphate insecticides used in the experiment. Survival percentage of experiment groups, which contain methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos, diazinon, and survival percentage of control group were statistically compared by the use of chi-square test.
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu çalışmada bazıorganik fosforlu pestisitlerin (methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon) farklıkonsantrasyonlarının Drosophila melanogaster’in yaşama yüzdesi üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Deneylerde D. melanogaster’in mwh- flr3 çaprazıkullanılmıştır. 3. dönem larvalara 5 ml test solüsyonu eklenmiş, Drosophila hazır besi ortamıile kronik olarak beslenmiştir. Beslenme sinekler pupadan çıkınca sonlandırılmıştır. Kullanılan kimyasalların öldürücü dozlarıbelirlenmiştir. Deneyler 3 kez tekrarlanmıştır. Kontrol grubu için 5 ml su kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan organik fosforlu insektisitler için yaşama yüzdeleri belirlenmiştir. Methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon’dan oluşan deney gruplarının yaşama yüzdeleri ile kontrol grubunun yaşama yüzdeleri istatistiksel olarak X 2 testi kullanılarak karşılaştırılmıştır.
