Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of myocardial ischemia, and only a few patients are diagnosed angiographically when alive. In this case report, we present a case of spontaneous coronary artery dissection presenting in association with coronary ectasia, in whom we diagnosed by coronary angiography.

Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu, miyokardiyal iskeminin nadir bir nedenidir ve hayattayken çok az hastaya anjiyografik olarak tanı konur. Bu olgu sunumunda, koroner anjiyografi ile tanısını koyduğumuz, spontan koroner arter diseksiyonuna koroner ektazinin eşlik ettiği bir hastayı sunduk.
