Eustachian valve is a structure that casuses difficulties in the differential diagnosis of right atrial masses. In addition, the mass can be a pathologic abnormality of the the valve itself. In this case, a cystic appearance of Eustachian valve is discussed.

Eustachian kapak, sağ atriyal kitlelerin ayırıcı tanısında güçlük yaratan bir oluşumdur. Dahası kitle, kapağın kendisine ait bir patoloji de olabilir. Bu olguda, sağ atriyumda kistik görünüm veren bir oluşum tartışılmaktadır.
