Abstract (2. Language):
Morbidity and mortality in Kawasaki disease are due to cardiovascular system involvement. Coronary aneurysm develops in 25% of the patients left untreated in the acute phase. A case of Kawasaki disease who initially had coronary arterial involvement and ischemic cardiomyopathy and later improved ventricular functions after coronary artery bypass grafting is presented because the disease is very rare and has a poor prognosis in children.
