Abstract (2. Language):
Most of the eye diseases are in the group of diseases, in which many genes and factors are affected. Recent improvements in molecular biology and genetics reveal new findings associated with the etiology. In this article applications, gene therapy protocols and studies about stem cell regarding neoangiogenesis, which is one of the proceeeded diagnosis and therapy methods in cases with retinoblastoma, retinal dystrophia and macular degeneration that are among the main topics of ophthalmology are discussed.
