Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of various loads on power outputs and peak lactate (PLA) concentration during supramaximal leg exercise in young soccer players. 10 young male soccer players (age: 14,90± 0,32 years, height: 165,5 ± 8,55 cm, body weight: 52,40 ± 9,37 kg, VO^: 49,82 ± 4,37 ml.kg1.min1) voluntarily participated to this study. Subjects randomly performed Wingate Test (WanT) for three times with different loads (60 g.kgBW1 (L6.0), 67 g.kgBW'(L6.7) and 74 g.kgBW1 (L7.4)) with two days interval. Peak power (PP), average power (AP) and fatigue index (Fl) were calculated for each test. Lactate (LA) was measured during rest, end of the test (0 min.), 1st min., 3rd min. and every three minutes during recovery. During L6.0, L6.7 and L7.4, absolute and relative (W.kg1) PP (514,24 ± 125,47 W, 607,47 ± 186,89 W, 591,04 ± 189,91 W, respectively; p>0,05), AP (372,57 ± 89,88 W, 411,93 ± 92,03 W, 396,97 ± 91,22 W, respectively; p>0,05), and Fl (50,54 ±12,43 %, 50,53±12,63%, 44,15±22,50 %, respectively) were found similar (p>0,05). PLA values afterL6.0, L6.7 andL7.4, were found similar (10,78 ± 1,09 mmol.l ~\ 10,76 ± 1,97 mmol.l"', 10,70 ± 0,89 mmol.l \ respectively; p>0,05). PLA durations of Y6.0, Y6.7 and Y7.4 were found similar (6,0 ± 1,5 min., 4,66 ± 1,58 min., 6,00±2,13min, respectively; p>0,05). These results showed that, power outputs and La metabolism were not related with the selected loads during supramaximal leg exercises in young soccer players
