Supplier selection problem is a multi-criteria decision making(MCDM) problem which includes both tangible and intangible factors. In this study, supplier selection problem was investigated at a firm that performed in manufacturing industry. Supplier selection problem of a company is examined using Analytic Network Process (ANP) and priorities of alternative suppliers are calculated. ANP is used as a method for getting an effective and realistic solution because the problem has many criteria, complexity, outerdependencies, interdependencies, and feedbacks. By using ANP methodology three alternative suppliers were evaluated and the best alternative was selected. In addition, some suggestions for the future research are offered.

Tedarikçi seçimi problemi, sayısallaştırılabilen ve sayısallaştırılması zor olan faktörleri içeren çok kriterli bir karar verme problemidir. Bu çalışmada, imalat endüstrisinde faaliyet gösteren bir firmada tedarikçi seçim problemi incelenmiştir. Problem, Analitik Ağ Süreci kullanılarak ele alınmış ve alternatif tedarikçiler için öncelik değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Tedarikçi seçim probleminin karmaşık yapısı, geri bildirimler, karşılıklı etkileşimler ve çok fazla kriter içermesi nedeniyle, problemin çözümünde etkili ve gerçekçi çözüm yöntemi olan Analitik Ağ Süreci yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Belirtilen yöntem kullanılarak üç farklı alternatif tedarikçi firma değerlendirilmiş ve en iyi alternatif seçilmiştir. Ayrıca gelecekteki çalışmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur.
