Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, the aim was to show whether there is a relationship between cholinesterase activities and plasma lipid parameters in overweight, normal and lean individuals. This study were carried out on 34 female. 55 male (totally >H9) volunteers. Body Mass Indexes were calculated, and plasma glucose, triglyceride, phospholipid, total cholesterol. IIDL. LDL and basal insulin values as well as erythrocyte and plasma cholinesterase activities were determined. The plasma glucose, basal insulin, triglyceride, phospholipid levels, plasma cholinesterase activities and CRF. ERF values of overweight male subjects were found to be higher and erytrocyte cholinesterase activities to be lower than those of the other groups. In female, total cholesterol. ERF, CRF values, and plasma cholinesterase activities of overweight subjects were found to be higher and erytrocyte cholinesterase activities to be lower than those of the other groups. BMI showed significant correlations with all parameters except for IIDL levels in men and glucose, triglyceride and phospholipid values in women. In conclusion, being together with changes of the cholinesterase activities and lipid prophile changes in overweight subjects might be important in the pathologies seen in obesity. /Journal of Turgut Özal Medical Center 1(2): 126-131 .1994/
Abstract (Original Language):
55'i erkek. X9 gönüllü üzerinde yapıldı, l'ücut kille indeksi (BMI) hesaplandı. Plazma glukoz. bazal insulin, triglıserit, fosfolipid. total kolesterol. IIDL. I.DL değerleri ve eritrosit içi (EACIIE) ve plazma kolinesteraz (PCHE) aktiviteleri tayın edildi. Aşırı kilolu erkeklerin glukoz. bazal insulin, trigliserit. fosfolipid. PCI IE. ERİ''. CRF değerleri ve l.DL IIDL oranı diğer grupların değerlerinden yüksek. EACH E değerleri düşük bulundu. Bayanlarda ise aşırı kiloluların total kolesterol. PCI IE. CRF. ERh' değerleri diğer grupların değerlerinden yüksek. EACIIE değerleri düşüktü. Erkeklerde IIDL. bayanlarda glukoz. trigliserit ve fosfolipid hariç, bütün parametrelerle BMI arasında anlamlı ilişki bulundu. Aşırı kilolu kişilerde lipid profiline kolinesteraz aktivitesı değişikliklerinin eşlik etmesinin, obesite ile birlikte olan patolojilerin oluşumunda önemli olabileceği sonucuna varıldı. / Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi Dergisi I(2): 126-131 .1994/
