On fifty five sexual assult cases, the finding was that of victims 92.7% female, average age was 15.5. The cases seen were 55% of hymen, 29% of pregnancy, 9.1 % of anal intercourse. % of hymen and anal intercourse. Hymenal defloration was not seen on 40 % of these cases. The ruptures around six were mostly seen in the cases of hymenal defloration. Nearly all of sexual assault cases (90.9 %) were taken by the State Hospital. İncelediğimiz, Cinsel saldırıya maruz kalan 55 olgunun % 92.7'si kadın %7.3 'ü erkek olup, yas ortalaması 15.5'ti. Olguların % 55'i hymen, % 29'u gebelik, % 9'u livata muayenesi için gönderilmişti, flymen muayenesi yapılan olguların % 40 'ında zarda deflorasyon olmadığı, de/lora olgularda: zarın en çok saat kadranına göre 6 hizasında yırtıldığı saptanmıştır.
