Pseudo "pseudokidney sign" caused by primary mesentery

Abstract (2. Language):
The term "pseudokidney sign" refers to the characteristic pattern of a central cluster of bright echoes from the lumen, with a hypoechoic fjeriphery due to the thickened wall. Although in our case, the disease did not originate from bowel, it had "pseudokidney sign". Because the content of the jejunum passed out via fistula to the central of tumor, pseudo "pseudokidney sign" occured. In the literature, there was not any case like ours. l'ltrasonograjik incelemede pseudokidney terimi, lümenli organlarda değişik patolojilerle kalınlaşmış hi/Miekoik duvar ve santralde lümen içi yapılara ait parlak ekoların meydana getirdiği karakteristik bir görünümü tanımlar. Bizim olgumuzda, hastalık karsaktan kaynaklanmadığı halde psödokidney görünümü izlendi. İnce harsağm invazyonu ve bir fıstül vasıtasıyla barsak muhtevasının nekroze tümörün merkezini doldurması neticesinde psödokidney görünümü oluşmuştu.
