Abstract (2. Language):
Bilateral, multifocal and small angiomyolipomas associated with tuberous sclerosis are generally asymtomatic. However they enlarge in time and may lead to severe hemorrhage. They have a greater tendency to enlarge compared to other solitary lesions. High mortality is seen in these cases and usually it is due to neurological complications. A patient with bilateral angiomyolipoma associated with tuberous sclerosis complex is evaluated in this case report.
