Abstract (2. Language):
A 28-year old male patient was admitted to the emergency room with severe pain on his left shoulder, keeping his shoulder firmly at upward elevation and abduction position, which rendered him to be unable to move his left arm. Plain radiography revealed inferior dislocation of the left glenohumeral joint. Closed reduction was applied and no neurologic deficit has been noted either before or after reduction. During follow up, no secondary deterioration was observed. In this study, we aimed reviewing the literature referring to the case we treated.
