Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) is a rare disorder characterized by deep venous abnormalities, superficial varices, hemangiomas as well as hypertrophy of the soft tissue and the bone. We report a two and half year old girl diagnosed as KTS presenting with generalised capillary hemangiomas, dorsal edema on left foot , hipertrophy and trigger finger deformity of right second, third and forth fingers.

Klippel-Trenaunay Sendromu (KTS), derin ven anormallikleri, yüzeyel varisler, hemanjiyomlar, kemik ve yumuşak dokunun hipertrofisi ile karakterize nadir görülen bir sendromdur. Bildirimizde yaygın kapiller hemanjiom, sol ayak sırtında ödem ve sağ el iki, üç ve dördüncü parmaklarda şişlik ve tetik parmak deformitesi bulunan 2,5 yaşında KTS u olan bir kız olgu sunulmaktadır.
