Effects of the aortocoronary bypass surgery on drug use

Abstract (2. Language):
Cardiac valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting may influence postoperative drug usage in two different ways. Patients are expected to use less dosage or less quantities of their cardiac drugs. In order to investigate this problem , we interviewed with 60 patients who underwent cardiac valve replacement and 49 patients who underwent aortocoronary bypass grafting. Short acting nitrate usage dropped off from % 86 to % 5.8 postoperatively in coronary artery bypass grafting group. Percentage of the other drugs' usage significantly became higher Usage of all drugs, especially anticoagulant and antiaggregant agents , became significantly higher in the cardiac valve replacement group

Açık kalp ameliyatları , yapılan operasyon türüne göre farklı şekilde ilaç kullanımı üzerine etkili olmaktadır . Bunu ortaya koymak için 60 kapak replasmanı, 49 aortokoroner bypass operasyonu yapılmış hastaya anket uygulanmıştır Koroner bypass operasyonu yapılan hastalarda kısa etkili nitrat kullanım oranı preoperatif dönemde % 86 ' iken . postoperatif dönemde % 5.8 ' e düşmüştür ve istatistiksel olarak çok anlamlıdır. Diğer ilaçların kullanımında ise oransal bir artış olmuştur. Kapak replasmanı yapılan hastalarda özellikle antikoagülan ve antiagregan ilaçlar olmak üzere genel ilaç kullanımında belirgin bir artış olmuştur.
