Streptokinase may cause fathal hemorrhagic complications without releating thedose f t susedfortreatmentofdeepvenousthrombos Fatal hemorrhagic complication was developed in a patient with deep venous thrombosis in our clinic during the first hours of streptokinase treatment.Because of this case ; we aimed to discuss the medical therapy ofdeep venous thrombosis.

Derin ven trombozu tedavisinde fibrinolitik ajan olarak streptokinazın kullanması doza bağımlı olmayan öldürücü hemorajik komplikasyonlara sebep olabilir. Kliniğimizde derin ven trombozlu bir hastada streptokinaz tedavisinin ilk saatlerinde öldürücü hemorajik komplikasyon gelişti. Bu vaka sebebiyle biz derin ven trombozunun tıbbi tedavisini tartışmayı amaçladık.
