Abstract (2. Language): 
A 13 month of age boy was diagnosed as left atrial isomerism, complete atrioventricular canal defect, systemic and pulmonary venous return abnormalities, unroofeo coronary sinus, visceral situs inversus, and absence of left pectoral muscle. Echocardiography and cardiac catheterisation revealed the multipl abnormalities ano surgery confirmed.

Sol atrial izomerizm,atrioventriküler kanal defekti, sistemik ve pulmoner venöz dönüş anomalisi, unroofed koroner sinus, viserai situs inversus ve solpektoraladale yokluğu olan kompleks kardiyak anomalili 13 aylık erkek hasta sunuldu. Bu tanılat ekokardiyografi ve kateterile konuldu daha sonra operasyonda tanı doğrulandı.
