Object: Forestier Dısease or Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperosteosis (DISH) is a disease of unknown etiology and diagnosed primarily on the basis of radiological criteria. The disease is rarely symptomatic and these symptoms could not be definetely localised. Case Report: A female patient with DISH presented with nonspecific back pain and dysphagia has been reported. Discussion: In patients who has semptoms such as back pain and dysphagia, DISH should be in mind.

Konu: Forestier Hastalığı veya Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperosteosis (DISH) sebebi bilinmeyen bir hastalık olup, tanısı primer olarak radyoloji ile konur. Hastalık nadiren semptom verir ve semptomlar iyi lokalize edilemeyebilir. Olgu sunumu: Nonspesifik sırt ağrısı ve yutma güçlüğü olan DISH'li bir bayan hasta sunulmaktadır. Tartışma: Sırt ağrıları ve yutma güçlüğü gibi semptomları bulunan hastalarda, DISH'de akla gelmelidir.
