Menopause is the closing ceremony to the reproductive age of a woman. Before and after the end of this event she has to face many physical, physiological, psychological, and biological upheavals / upsets. Of course, it is one of the iceberg transitional phases in a woman’s life cycle, there after her reproductive system starts dysfunctional once for all. The present study is a systematic approach to analyze the significance of certain anthropometric measures and menopause in women. The mean menopausal age of the subjects is 47.28 ± 4.5 yrs, while the lowest and the highest menopausal ages are 29, 63yrs respectively. A strong association is noticed between BMI, puberty age, marital status, parity, length of menstrual cycles and menopausal ages of the study subjects.
