In this paper, a case of European Court ofHuman Rights concerning privacy, search and seizure is analysized. It is needed to deal with the case since these kind of preventive measures occur interference to the privacy and the issue is quite actual for Turkey.

Bu çalışmada Avrupa İnsan HaklarıMahkemesi’nin arama ve elkoymaya ilişkin bir kararı incelenmiştir. Sözkonusu koruma tedbirlerinin özel hayatın gizliliğine müdahale niteliğinde olmasıve ayrıca konunun Türkiye açısından güncelliği nedeniyle kararıirdeleme gereği du-yulmuştur.
