A patient with acute leukemia in whom Guillain Barre syndrome developed. Guillain Barre syndrome usually follovvs an infectious disease and is an immunologically mediated acute inflammatory demyelinating disoıder.In this case report we present the clinical course of a female patient with acute leukemia in vvhom Guillain Barre syndrome developed during the chemotherapy.

Çoğu kez bir infeksiyon hastalığını izlediği bilinen Guillain Barre sendromu immünolojik olarak ortaya çıkan akut inflamatuar demyelinizan polinöropatidir. Akut lösemi tanısı ile izlediğimiz bir kadın hastamızın tedavisi sırasında gelişen Guillain Barre sendromunun klinik seyri özetlendi.
