Abstract (2. Language):
CVID which is one of thc most important primary immune deficieney disorders is characterized by B-lymphocyte deficieney, defeetive antibody response to various antigenİc stimult and suspectibility to infeetions. It is diagnosed most frequently in patients 6-ÎO years old and 26-30 years old. In patients wİth CVID, the risk of developing autoimmune dİsease is inereased. The most frequent cause of death is infeetions. Prognosis is better if theraphy is began before signifıcant structural organ damage oecurs. Herein we present four cases of CVID, and review the clinical laboratory and clinical features ofCVTÛ.
