Elective splenopexy in wandering spleen. Wandering spleen is aj-are_anomaly. The spleen is suspended only(b^]its biler vessels and portion of gastrosplenic ligament. Almost ali of repor-"ted" câse'spresented as torsion of the spleen.-The mortality rate of postsple'nectorny sepsis is very high in clıildren, thüs reçerft reports s^ggest"splenöpexy_for wandering spleen. Wc report a casc of preoperative dıagnosis'anÖ elective spleriopexy For mis condition.

"Wanderİng" dalak oldukça nadir görülen bir anomalidir, bu anomalide dalağı yalnızca gast-rosplcnik bağ ve hilustaki damarlar yerinde tutar, bu nedenle dalağın torsiyon riski oldukça yüksektiruÇocuklarda£OStspIenektpmi sepsişi yüksek mortaüte oram.ile seyrettiğinden son yıllarda "Wandering "dalak olgularında elektif spienopeksi önerilmektedir. Çalışmamızda elek-tif spienopeksi uygulanan bir "Wandcring"dalak olgusu sunulmuştur.
