ANTİNOTROFİL SİTOPLAZMA ANTİKORLARI İLE İLİŞKİLİ SİSTEMİK NEKROTİZAN VASKÜLİTLER

Sistemik nekrotizan vaskülitler, kan damarlarında inflamasyon ile karakterize, çoğunlukla vital organ tutulumu olan bağ dokusu hastalıklarıdır. Çeşitli klinik ve histopatolo-jik sınıflamaların yapıldığı bu hastalık grubunda antinötrofil sitoplazma antikorlarının (ANCA) keşfinden sonra bu antikorlarla ilişkili bir alt grup tanımlanmıştır. Bu tanımlamaya göre Wegener granülomatozu (WG), mikroskopik polianjiit (MPA) ve Churg-Strauss sendromu (CSS) "ANCA ile ilişkili sistemik nekrotizan vaskülitler" olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. ANCA testinin kullanımı bu vaskülit grubunun erken tanınmaları ile takip ve tedavilerinin yönlendirilmesine önemli katkıda bulunmuştur. Bu derlemede, ANCA'lar ile ilişkili vaskülitlerin başlıca klinik ve laboratuar özellikleriyle tedavilerinin gözden geçirilmesini amaçladık
