Abstract (2. Language): 
Myxoma is the most commonly seen primary heart tumor. 75% of myxomas are seen on the fossa ovalis of left atrium which is located on interatrial septum and tend to be sporadic. Cases of myxomas which result in congestive heart failure had been presented as case reports in the literature. Here, we reported a case of giant atrial myxoma causing congestive heart failure associated with severe pulmonary hypertension that improved clinically and echocardiographycally after surgical intervention.

Miksoma kalbin en s›k primer tümörüdür. Miksomalar›n yaklafl›k %75’i sol atriyumda, interatriyal septumda yer alan fossa ovalisde yerleflir ve sporadik olmaya meyillidirler. Miksomalar›n konjestif kalp yetersizli¤i ile birlikte oldu¤unu gösteren yay›nlar sadece vaka sunumlar› fleklindedir. Bu yaz›da ciddi pulmoner hipertansiyonla birlikte konjestif kalp yetersizli¤ine neden olan ve operasyon sonras› klinik ve ekokardiografik olarak düzelme saptanan dev atriyal miksoma olgusu sunulmufltur.
