Abstract (2. Language): 
Endometriosis is the existence of endometrial tissue in the extrauterin cavity. It is well known that endometriotic lesions can be find at cesarean section, hysterectomy, appendectomy, laparascopic trochar insertion scars, after amniosynthesis and episiotomy incision scars. After cesarean section, endometriotic lesions can be seen in at the scar tissue. In our case, a mass appeared at the incision after 7 years of cesarean operation. Large excision was applied. The pathologic report revealed ‘endometriosis’. In conclusion, cyclic painful mass at the cesarean section scar is pathognomonic for endometriotic lesion and large excision is the appropriate treatment.

Endometriozis endometrial dokunun uterin kavitenin d›fl›nda bulunmas› hali olarak tan›mlanm›flt›r. Sezaryen, histerektomi, apendektomi, laparoskopi sonras› trokar yerinde, amniyosentez, epizyotomi sonras› nda skar dokusunda endometriosis saptanabildi¤i bilinmektedir. Sezaryen sonras› skar yerinde endometriosis geliflme s›kl›¤› %0,03-%0,4 aras›nda de¤iflmektedir. Olgumuzda sezaryen operasyonundan 7 y›l sonra sezaryen skar yerinde kitle geliflti¤i saptand›. Genifl lokal eksizyonla ç›kar›lan kitlenin patolojisi endometriozis olarak belirlendi. Sonuç olarak; sezaryen skar› ile iliflkili bir kitlede siklik a¤r›lar›n mevcudiyeti sezaryen skar endometriozisi aç›s›ndan patognomonik olup kitlenin genifl ekzisyonla ç›kar› m› uygun tedavi modalitesidir.
