The term cutaneous horn, or cornu cutaneum, refers to a well-defined, cone-shaped lesion with hyperkeratotic features. Various types of lesions such as squamous cell carcinoma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, sebaceous adenoma, Bowen disease, basal cell carcinoma, seborrheic keratosis, leukoplakia, keratoacanthoma, hemangioma, xeroderma pigmentosum, viral warts, solar keratosis, and sebaceous carcinoma have been reported at the base of a cutaneous horn. The case showing the well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma at the base of cutaneous horns at the lower lip is presented here.

Cilt boynuzu iyi s›n›rl›, koni fleklinde hipertrofik cilt lezyonunu ifade etmektedir. Cilt boynuzunun temelinde squamoz hücreli kanser, Kaposi sarkomu, sebasöz kanser, Bowen hastal›¤›, bazal hücreli kanser, sebaroik keratoz, lökoplaki, keratoakantom, hemanjiom, xeroderma pigmentosum, viral si¤il, solar keratoz, sebasöz adenom görülebilmektedir. Burada temelinde iyi farkl›laflm›fl squamoz hücreli kanser bulunan, alt dudakta yerleflimli cilt boynuzuna sahip olgu sunuldu.
