Cleidocranial Dysostosis is a herediter otosomal dominant disease which effects mainly skeletal system, Symptoms of the disease are delay of closing cranial stures, existance of wormian bones, less developmentation of up-per-jace, dependingly prognatizm, delay of teeth eruption, maloclusions, surnumerary tooth, Jblliculus cysts whigh sometimes together with encluse tooth, absent or hypoplasia of clavicula which is the most significant symptom of the disease The case reported in this article belongs to a patient whose radiological and oro-facial findings show the symptomps of cleidocranial dysostosis, By giving related information to this disease, the treatment is explained.

Cleidocranial dysostosis, iskelet sistemini etkileyen, otozomal dominant geçiş gösteren herediter bir hastalıktır. Kafa suturlannın kapanmasında gecikme, wormian kemiklerin varlığı, üst yüz gelişiminin az olması, buna bağlı prognathizm ile karekterizedir. Bunlara ilaveten dişlerin gecikmiş erüpsiyonu, maloklüzyon, çok sayıda sürnü-merer diş, bazıları foliküler kistlerle beraber olan gömülü dişler vardır. Klavikulalann yokluğu yada hipoplazisi en belirgin özelliğidir. Bu yazıda, kliniğimize başvuran bir hastadan alınan radyografilerde, ağız ve yüz bulguları cleidocranial dysostosise uygun görülerek hastalık hakkında bilgi verilmeye çalışıldı.
