In this work, the level of serotonin (5-IFF) was investigated in diphenylhyfiantoin-induced hyperplastic gingiva. The extracts from the hyperplastic gingiva didn't appear to exert rather a serotonin-like activity on the rat stomach strip preparation.

Bu çalışmada difenilhidantoinlc oluşan hipcrplasük dişetlerindc serotonin düzeyleri incelendi. Hipcrplasük dişçilerinden alınan ckslrclcrin, sıçan rnidc fundusunda serotonin benzeri akıivitc göstermedikleri belirlendi.
