Abstract (2. Language):
The aim of this article is to investigate the most important problem, microleakage of posterior composite resine restorations and to evaluate the effective factors on the failures in gingival areas. In many studies, it was obtained that the most important factor irritated the pulp was bacteria and their toxins that could get from oral cavity to dental tissue. For that reason, the importance of microleakage subject increased. The investigations about this subject may be evaluated in two points. First of them is the combination of composite resin materials and the techniques of their usage. The second is the other materials and equipments that can be used in these restorations. From these studies it was determined that the combination of composite resine, the techniques of setting composite resine materials into cavities, the other materials like bonding agents and glassionomer cements which may be used during making composite restorations and some ens-truments are very valuable and important for a successfull posterior composite resine restorations.
