Abstract (2. Language):
In this study the calcium amount İn mandibular first, second and third molar teeth of rats which were fed with cariogenic diet and milk, ayran, bidistilled deionizedwater has been measured with the method of Atomic Absorb-tion. Finally the amount of calcium in the teeth of rats which were fed with bidistilled deionized water was more than that of the group which was fed with ayran and the group which was given milk is found out to contain the most amount of calcium compared to the others. Milk and ayran, which are being used in our research have been analized and the amount of calcium, lactic acid have been determined. It has been obtained that milk contains more calcium but less lactic acid than those of ayran.
