In this investigation to detect the acute cytotoxicity of heat-curved polymerizing aaylic resin, Visible Light-Cured (VLC) Triad resin and cold cured resin, tissue culture agar overlay test was used. It was founded that, lysis index was 0 for eadi resin, whereas zone index for heat-cured and cold cured aaylic resins was I and for VLC triad resin 2. None oj them was found to be cytotoxic.

Bu araştırmada ısı ile polimerize olan akrilik reçine, görülebilir ışık ile polimerize olan (VLC) Triad reçine Ve kendi kendine polimerize olan (otopolimerizan) akrUik reçinelerin akut sitotoksik etkileri "hücre kültürünü ağarla kaplama testi" kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Her bir örnek için erime indeksi 0, zone indeksi ise ısı Ve kendi kendine polimerize olan akrilik reçine örnekleri için 1 ve VLC Triad reçine için 2 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgulara göre reçine örneklerinin sitotoksik etkilerinin olmadığı gözlenmiştir.
