A case of bilateral transposition of maxillary canines and first premolars in 20 year old woman is reported. In the case herewith reported, peg-shaped maxillary lateral incisors accompanied maxillary-first premolar transposition of the subject.

Bu yazıda bir transpozisyon olgusu sunulmaktadır. İ.U. Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Konservatİf Diş Tedavisi Bilim Dalı'na çürük tedavileri için başvuran 20 yaşındaki bayan hastada üst çenede bilatera! kanin -1. küçüka-zı transpozisyonu klinik olarak saptanmıştır. Yapılan radyolojik incelemede, sağ üst lateralin persiste süt dişi olduğu ve üst sol lateralin ise çivi formunda olup, biçim anomalisi gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
