The restoration of severely broken anterior teeth had root canal-treatment İs usually post-core or dowel-retained casting restorations. However, there is some cases that socio-echonomic conditions of patients have mainly an effect on the prognosis of teeth. In such cases, clinician can meet some problems for planning the restorative procedure after a proper root treatment in severely broken anterior teeth. This paper was a clinical procedure report to illustrate a temporary and/or permanent conservative technique after a root canal treatment in anterior dentition. Finally, it was concluded that a dowel-retained veneering amalgam restoration could be choosen a treatment alternative temporary and/or permanent restoration in anterior root canal treated teeth that extensively damaged.

Kök kanal tedavisi yapılmış aşırı kuron kaybına sahip anterior dişlerin restorasyonu, genellikle post-core ya da kök çivisiyle destekli döküm restorasyonlardır. Bununla beraber, hastaların sosyo-ekonomik durumları gibi, dişlerin prognozunda belirgin etkiye sahip bazı durumlar da vardır. Bu gibi vakalarda klinisyen, kök kanal tedavisinden sonra restoratif tedavinin planlanmasında bazı problemlerle karşılaşabilir. Bu makale, anterior dişlerde kök kanal tedavisinden sonra geçici ve/veya sürekli konservatif tekniği gösteren klinik işlem raporudur. Sonuç olarak, kök kanalı ile destekli veneering amalgam restorasyonun, kök kanal tedavisi yapılmış ileri madde kaybına sahip anterior dişlerde geçici ve/veya kalıcı bir tedavi alternatifi olarak seçilebildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
