Abstract (2. Language):
In this case report the patient 65 years old man who had swelling and pain complaint at the right maxillary region for two months. The lesion surgicaly removed and after histological examination, central giant cell granuloma certain diagnosis given. The central giant cell reparative granuloma (CGCG) of the jaws is usually a nonneoplastic bone lesion accounting for fewer than 1% of all benign tumors of the jaws. İt is more common in the mandible than in the maxilla and usually seen in women. Distincly in our case lesion at the right maxillary region and patient male.
