Organizations should develop various strategies to maintain their competitive power. At the centre of these strategies, we see the "organization vision". Organization vision is to devise, to develop and to share a prospected future. The benefits expected from vision can be achieved through a successful promotion and adoption of the vision. At this point, public relations play the greatest role. The adoption and the promotion of the vision vital for the survial of the organization can be achieved through both intra-organization and extra-organization public relations.
