People relationship regarding work create mutual responsibilities and rights that a contract between employee and employer. The contract can abrogated by a decision either employee or employer. A work contract, is abrogated that create some responsibility especially for employer. For examples in presswork contract, employee has right of the separation pay that upon how many hours employee works in the presswork. The separation pay depend on both 4857 and 5953 numbers work lows and its have to be paid to the employee when employer departed employee from his job. If employee delay to pay the separation pay he or she has to pay interest for the delay. There is not precise time to start the interest for delay either in doctrine or in judge sentences. At the same time common sense to start the interest is the time when employer deport employer.
