In this study, the general elections of representatives held between 1983 and 2002 were evaluated taking the data of SIS (The State Institute of Statistics) into account.
The changes in political medium of Erzurum between the years 1983 and 2002 were compared with those of Turkey in general, and the position of the voter's preferences was tried to be determined by giving the situation of the parties, the percentage of the votes they received, and the number of representative candidates elected.
In order to carry out this survey, the results of the last six general elections of representatives (1983-1987-1991-1995-1999 and 2002) were studied.
