Abstract (2. Language):
The consistent improvement and development of an organization within its objectives depend on its managers and employees to function towards the same principles and values. The approval of these principles and values by all the employees is possible only by a mutual communication should be made a part of the organization's culture. If a manager is not responsive to suggestions, do not appreciate the successful employees, do not use the formal communication channels and if always send messages on negative matters, the employees lose their confidence towards the organization and as a result, communication and interaction come to an end.
From this point of views, managers of the organizations are the people responsible for the successful functioning of the communication within the organization. In this context, the evaluation of organizational communication from the managers' point of vieto and managing organizational communication are dealt with in our study.
