In this study, first of all the concept of mobbing zuas defined and development of concept mentioned. Secondly, the effects of mobbing for women in the work situtations were discussed Lastly, a measurement scale was developed based on the works of Leymann. Measurement scale was transformed into a questionnaire form with the help of experts. A total of 50 women interviewed who works in Anadolu University Communication Sciences Faculty. Results are analysed by suitable statistical technics and interpretations zoere made according to aim of study.
