Emotional Quotient (EQ) is defined as understanding somebody's own feelings and experience. Empathy for other's feelings. It is also defined as to be able to regulate the feelings in order to enrich the life. People loho have the high level ofEQ, Have more chances and ability to get more successful in business life. However not only does EQ effect the business performance but it also forms the basis of aptitudes determining the performance.
