The present study aimed to develop a computerized version of Blakar's method of Communication Conflict Situation (CCS), and eventually compare the two versions (computerized, and paper-pencil) with each other. In this study, 60 dyads (n = 120) from 21 undergraduate student sample were divided into two groups. The first group was administered the original paper-aıul-pencil based form of CCS, whereas the other group was administered the computerized version of CCS. The performances of the two groups were compared based on the communication efficiency parametrics. The results showed that the dyads had no differences in terms of their performances on the two versions of the CCS. Thus, CCS-cb is a method to be used as a subsitituefor the CCSpaper-and-pencii version.

Günümüzde bilgisayarın psikoloji alanında yaygın kullanımı, kağıt-kalem testlerinin bilgisayar destekli hale getirilmesi şeklinde götiilmektedir. Bu çalışmada da Blakar'ın İletişim Çatışmaları Durumu (IÇD) yönteminin orijinal kağıt-kalem versiyonunun bilgisayar ortamına aktarılması ve iki versiyonun karşılaştırılması ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmaya alınan üniversite öğrencisi 60 çift (n = 120) 30 çiftten oluşan iki ayrı gruba ayrılarak, bir gruba ÎÇD kağıt-kalem versiyonu, diğer gmba bilgisayar versiyonu uygulanmış ve iletişim etkinliği parametreleri boyutunda performansları karşılaştırıfmıştır. Sonuçlar, ÎÇD bilgisayar versiyonunun orijinal kağıt-kalem formu yerine kullanılabilirliğini destekler niteliktedir.
