Abstract (2. Language):
The subject of this article is to mention the Ottoman
scholars who have works on Arabic rhétorique. During this period it is
observed that the commentary works under the subject-matters of
adjournement, annonation, footnote are more than their original ones.
Within the above mentioned works, it was aimed to explain the text after
re-evaluation and to reconstruct it, in a different level. Thus, these works
are looked upon as much as the original ones, and sometimes more than
that. Having mentioned the names of the Ottoman scholars who lived in
14th and 19th centuries during Ottoman empire and their works on Arabic
rhétorique.

Bu makalenin konusunu Osmanlı âlimleri ve bunların Arap belâgatine
dair eserleri teşkil etmektedir. Bu dönemlerde şerh, haşiye ve talik adı
altında yapılan çalışmaların telif eserlerden çok daha fazla olduğu
görülüyor. Sözü edilen bu eserlerde, üzerinde çalışma yapılan metnin
yeniden yorumlanıp açıklanması, bazen de farklı bir seviyede yeniden
yapılandırılması hedeflenmiştir. Buna bağlı olarak bu çalışmalar genel
olarak asıl metin kadar hatta bazen daha çok ilgi görmüştür. Makalede bu
çerçevede Osmanlı döneminde yaşamış ve Arap belagati sahasında eser
vermiş Osmanlı âlimleri ile onların Arap belagatine dair eserlerinin ismi
verilmiştir.
